We scanned 155 user stories from one of their projects and leadership were confronted with startling reality:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udcca Critical Findings:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>90%<\/strong>&nbsp;of user stories were found to have gaps, out of which&nbsp;<strong>60% were critical<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>15%<\/strong>&nbsp;of user stories contradicted each other leading to high technical debt and unnecessary rework<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Solution<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Recognizing the urgency to pivot based on the report, the company&#8217;s leadership partnered with Thumba to transform their software delivery pipeline.
